I have received offer letter from ICL graduate business school New Zealand and want to confirm their Bank account details for payment of fees. However there is no information regarding the same anywhere.
Opening the data to the ones who request will help students in gaining confidence and trust.

The Ministry of Education has contacted ICL Graduate Business School which has asked us not to publish its bank account details but advised that if you contact them directly they will be happy to provide them to you. You can email them at: info@icl.ac.nz or telephone +64 9 368 4343. Your request for ICL Graduate Business School bank account details is refused under section 6(c) of the Official Information Act 1982 to maintain the law by the prevention of offences. You have the right to ask an Ombudsman to review the Ministry's decision on your request. You can do this by writing to info@ombudsman.parliament.nz
