NZ Fire Service suburb boundaries GIS layer

I am requesting a shapefile in particular the Auckland suburb boundaries (polygons) as used by the NZ Fire Service.

The NZ Fire Service suburb polygons differ from the suburb boundaries provided by statistics NZ.

I am assessing the 2013 canopy cover LIDAR data which uses the NZ Fire Service suburb boundaries for localised data. This would provide a standard for comparison of data provided.
