List of urban and rural NZ postcodes on Excel or csv format - with region would be good too but not absolutely necessary

Postcodes are designed and owned by NZ Post. You would have to contact NZ Post 0800 501 501 to see if their postcodes can be designated rural or urban, perhaps for rural delivery purposes.

Agency responded
